PACTS Management Inc. Leadership Rick Leblanc Rick LeBlanc is President of PACTS Management. Inc. He was formerly the managing editor of Pallet Enterprise magazine since 1992. He has also consulted to a range of industry clients with respect to palletization, unit-load, and reusable pallet and container program issues. For over a decade he managed the pallet and container program of a large grocery retailer and has worked for many years as operations manager for a large 3rd party logistics company. Rick holds an executive MBA from Simon Fraser University. Stewart Richardson Stewart Richardson is Vice President of Business Development for PACTS Management Inc. He has been involved in the pallet industry since 1977 when he started his own pallet recycling company. Since that time Stewart has been a sales representative and sales manager for a large pallet manufacturer, and consulted for many companies on pallet control issues. From 1981 to 1994 he was General Manager of the Canadian Pallet Council. He has been President of Thomco Material Handling Inc. one of North America's leading full service pallet sales companies since 1994.
